Commissioner Deleon testifies in favor of Scratch DC

Earlier today I testified before the Board of Zoning Adjustment in favor of granting Scratch DC a special exception from DC’s archaic aesthetic architectural requirements (§ 411.3 in the DC Code). Check out video of the hearing below:
