Monday is the first day of school in Washington, D.C. and the Mayor’s office needs your help! On Monday, drivers throughout the District will need to be more aware of speed limits, especially now that young people of all ages will be commuting to school via bus, metro, or walking.
Please join us early on Monday morning to rally along high traffic intersections near schools to raise awareness around the need to slow down.
One hour out of your day could save a young pedestrian’s life.
