The District of Columbia Municipal Regulations Section 3002.5 requires all candidates for Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner to file an ANC Summary Financial Statement no later than 60 days after the Board of Election certifies the results or certifies the filling of an ANC vacancy. Meet The New ANC 5C
On Friday, January 2nd, Advisory Neighborhood Commissioners from all eight wards of the District of Columbia took the oath of office.
Among them, all seven Commissioners of ANC 5C were sworn in. Four new Commissioners for ANC 5C were sworn in for the first time.

Join us for tomorrow for various swearing in ceremonies
Please join us on Friday, January 2, 2015, to celebrate the swearing in of our next Mayor, Attorney General, Members of the Council and State Board of Education, as well as Advisory Neighborhood Commissioners.
The swearing in ceremony for Councilmembers and Mayor will begin at 9:30 AM and will take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, located at 801 Mount Vernon Place NW. The event is open to the public.
The swearing in ceremony for Advisory Neighborhood Commissioners will begin at 3:00 PM and will take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, ballrooms A & B. The event is open to the public, however it is recommended that attendees arrive at 2:30 PM due to space constraints.
